Action: John Mertic to identify someone to work on icons for Egeria - David Radley will be advisor

Discussion:
  • IBM announced a new release of its governance platform solution, one characteristic of which is its compliance with Egeria. Ernie will be working on some internal lab configurations to illustrate its out-of-the-box OMRS capabilities, setting up possibilities for more demo recordings
  • On April 10 there will will be an Egeria Tech event next week in IBM Hursley in UK - to share and encourage the use of Egeria in projects - a number of the Egeria community will participate
  • Michael Trolier - metadata architect - is creating a metadata framework and is exploring if Egeria provides a suitable semantic & metadata environment - he plans to do a deep dive soon. He is particularly interested in a miti connector. He also mentioned Cloudera Navigator
  • Ernie mentions MANTA, Orion & Compact Solutions
