The short answer is no.. Number of instances depends on the workload you will be running on the Janusgraph. You need to design your workload, test it on your Janusgraph instance with desired usage patterns (e.g. 100 users read, 10 write, etc), measure the response time, and then determine how many more instances of Janusgraph and Cassandra you will need.
