Hi Takao, JanusGraph reads data from distributed backends into hadoop using its HBaseInputFormat and CassandraInputFomat classes (which are descendents of org.apache.hadoop.mapreduce.InputFormat).

Maybe search to see if there's a known issue with running Cassandra on a MacBook. You could upgrade Cassandra if that's what you need. I believe JanusGraph is known to work with all current
