guideline for settings such as threadPoolWorker:,gremlinPool

What would be the desirable settings for hreadPoolWorker: & gremlinPool ? 
If I am using Janusgraph all in one with built in Elastic serach and Cassandra, and I have a dedicated linux  machine of 32GB M 8 core. The db is read intensive but not write intensive.
