We have a use case where we need to be able to add additional fields to a mixed index that already contains data. I can update Solr easily enough to add the new fields, but I've not been able to find any way to update the index in JanusGraph so that it includes the new fields going forward in time when adding documents to Solr.

Is this possible? We are using the Java API.
