Verisilicon/Vivante NPU support is being open-sourced with NNStreamer soon!

The subplugin for Verisilicon/Vivante is being reviewed (PR #2387) and will be soon merged.

I guess it's a good time to get another minor version update after that as the change-log is getting longer.

This subplugin is already tested and verified for products. So don't worry and enjoy it!
