Description:
Discuss status and next steps for ONNX Training development. 

Status as of June 30, 2020:
1) PR 2723 introducing differentiability indicators and adding them into some operators in tensor subdirectory of defs merged;
2) PR 2794 with documentation about adding the new indicators is now updated and hopefully will be merged soon;
3) Wei-Sheng will continue adding the indicators to other operators under tensor subdirectory, Rajeev and George from Intel will work on operators under rnn, Svetlana will work on math. Other available subdirectories to work on include: nn, convolution, etc.  Please indicate on https://gitter.im/onnx/training if you start working on one.
